• It is understood that Kirsty Bauer is a naturopath and treatment recommendations may include but not limited to nutrition and lifestyle modifications, herbal and nutritional supplements and flower essence. 

• Kirsty is not a medical practitioner and is unable to provide a diagnosis or cure any medical illness or conditions.

• We are all unique, therefore there  is no guarantee of treatments, even if success has been experienced by another client with a similar illness or condition.

• To ensure safe and effective treatments Kirsty will ask a variety of questions throughout your consult, if you are to withhold information such as allergies, diagnosed health conditions, current medication or supplements, pregnancy or any other information that is relevant to your health,  she does not hold responsibility for any adverse reactions that may occur. If any of the aforementioned are to change once treatment has commenced please contact Kirsty.

• All online content provided on the website and social media is solely provided for informational purposes, and should not replace the advice and knowledge of a qualified health practitioner. 

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

• Kirsty offers a money guarantee on consultations only. If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact Kirsty within 7 days of receiving the service.

• Refunds are not provided on personalised prescriptions, supplements or products if you either change your mind or have stored or used the product differently from the instruction supplied. If the product supplied is faulty please contact Kirsty with a description of the fault and the product will be exchanged or refunded.   

• For refunds on Kirsty Bauer Naturopathy products please contact Kirsty.

• All testing services offered are carried out by a third party company and incur additional costs to your consultation fee and timeframes are stipulated by the third party. 

• Kirsty Bauer Naturopathy products are not designed to diagnose or treat any health conditions. Any health condition should be referred to your chosen health care practitioner. Check with your health care practitioner before commencing any products provided by Kirsty Bauer Naturopathy. Be aware of any personal or family allergies or any contra-indications that may be affected by the use of Kirsty Bauer Naturopathy products. 

• Our products have not been approved by the Australian therapeutics goods association. All of our products are food supplements only and should be treated that way. The products and methods mentioned or recommended on this site and within products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease, nor are the products and methods intended to replace medical advice or help. 

BOOKING, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

• Appointments can be made via the online booking system, over the phone or via email. A confirmation email and Reminder will be sent within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

• If you cannot make your appointment time, there is a 48 hours cancellation/reschedule policy. Please contact Kirsty to either reschedule or cancel your consultation within the 48 hours, otherwise 50% of your consultation fee may be charged. Failure to attend your consultation will result in a 100% consultation charge. 

• If in the unforeseen circumstance Kirsty may need to cancel your consultation, such as illness or events out of her control, the client has the option to reschedule or cancel their appointment and she will endeavour to reschedule your consultation to a time that suits all parties.

• After booking your consultation you will receive a confirmation email which includes a link to an initial intake form. Please complete this form at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation. If you do not fill out this form prior to your consultation, you will need to complete it at the beginning of your consultation, which will cut into your scheduled time. 

• Kirsty kindly  asks that you have respect for all staff, property and processes at all times. 

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to your consultation, as additional time will not be offered to late arrivals. 

• Kirsty will not accept or tolerate any form of aggressive behaviour, comments, or gestures. At the discretion of the practitioner, the consultation will be ended immediately and the client will incur 100% of the fee. 

PAYMENT & PRICING

• Payment of services and products can be made via the website, direct bank transfer or EFTPOS.

• Payment of services must be made on the day of your consultation, unless a payment plan has been organised prior to your consultation.

• Pricing of services and products may change at any time and discounted consultations are only available at the lower price during the detailed time of sale. 

PRIVACY POLICY 

• Kirsty understands and applies the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Policy. Kirsty follows the requirements of the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy, ensuring security and safety of all personal details. 

• Kirsty understands that health practitioners not within the ambit of the Australia Health Practitioners Regulation (AHPRA) must follow  the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct Kirsty follows is the Code of Conduct for Unregistered Health Practitioners made under the Health and Community Services Complaints Regulations 2005.
