Ingredients: METHOD:

1. Preheat oven 150°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
2. Combine all ingredients, except goji berries and hemp seeds, together in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Spread granola mixture on prepared baking tray and bake for 20-30 minutes or until lightly toasted, stir every 5-10 minutes.
4. Remove tray from oven and allow granola to cool before adding in the goji berries and hemp seeds.
5. Serve topped on yoghurt, smoothie bowl or with milk plus fresh fruit - yum!
Store in an airtight container up to 4 weeks.

  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pecans - roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Cacao Nibs
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup Linseeds (Flaxseeds)
  • 1/4 cup LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seeds & Almond Meal)
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Almond Oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Goji Berries
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Seeds
