Ingredients: METHOD:
1. Preheat oven 150°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.2. Combine all ingredients, except goji berries and hemp seeds, together in a large bowl and mix well.3. Spread granola mixture on prepared baking tray and bake for 20-30 minutes or until lightly toasted, stir every 5-10 minutes.4. Remove tray from oven and allow granola to cool before adding in the goji berries and hemp seeds.5. Serve topped on yoghurt, smoothie bowl or with milk plus fresh fruit - yum!Store in an airtight container up to 4 weeks.
